Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
To create an account, you must complete the registration form providing your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and create a secure password. All information must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Following registration, you must complete KYC verification by uploading clear copies of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP Nasional) and proof of address dated within the last three months. maha03 may also require a selfie photograph holding your KTP for identity confirmation. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify maha03 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. maha03 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
maha03 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
maha03 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: bank transfers to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified KYC identity.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your Account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the Indonesian bank account registered in your name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. maha03 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may be longer during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or periods of high volume. You may be required to provide additional verification documents before a withdrawal is approved.
maha03 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside of our control. Currency conversion is not applicable as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. maha03 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions or suspicious activity patterns. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering may be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.
All bets placed on maha03 are governed by these Terms and Conditions and any specific rules applicable to individual sports, games, or betting markets. You are responsible for ensuring you understand the rules of any game or bet you participate in. maha03 provides game rules and betting market explanations within the platform, and you should review these before placing any wager.
For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other competitions, bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in our sports betting rules section. Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, Mix Parlay (accumulator), and other bet types follow standard market rules recognized internationally.
All casino games, including live dealer games and slot machines, use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game information. Live casino games are streamed in real-time and results are determined by the physical outcome of the game (card draw, roulette spin, etc.).
maha03 reserves the right to void any bet in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or fraudulent activity. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, maha03's decision is final. You may contact customer support to request a review, but the outcome of that review is at maha03's sole discretion.
maha03 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. You must read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before opting in.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. maha03 is not responsible for any losses resulting from: technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, incorrect odds or game results caused by technical error, delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment providers, or any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with maha03 Services is to stop using the platform and close your account. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All content on the maha03 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and data compilations, is the property of maha03 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the maha03 platform without our express written permission.
Your use of maha03 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using maha03 Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maha03 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of Indonesia.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or bonus rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and maha03 and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by maha03 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
